About this tracker
This is an unofficial tracker of early-vote turnout in Dallas County for the November 3, 2026 General & Joint Election. Built by Cinder & Crown. It is not run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Dallas County Elections, Dallas County or the Texas Secretary of State.
How it's kept up
- During voting hours the live numbers refresh from Dallas County's public vote-center data every couple of minutes. Each headline number shows the time it was last checked.
- Early every morning the site is rebuilt from the county's posted daily reports. Before anything goes live, the past days, mail ballots and the 2022 and 2024 comparisons are checked against those reports, and the page is tested on a phone and a computer, in English and Spanish.
- When the county revises one of its own figures, the site follows the county.
- Notes in Count Watch are posted only after someone reviews them.
- Forecasts, win chances and the Early Vote Tide are estimates and are labeled that way wherever they appear. They can be wrong.

Corrections
If a number looks wrong, email info@cinderandcrown.com. Tell us which number, where you saw it, and the official source you're comparing it with.
- We check it against the official source.
- If it's wrong, we fix it on the next update, and the change log in the Transparency section of the main page says what changed and when.
- If it's right, we'll tell you which report it comes from.
Official results come only from Dallas County Elections and the Texas Secretary of State.
